If I buy a license for SQLCE Database Viewer / PocketPC Installer Professional, can I transfer it to another computer ?
Yes.
Simply log into our website, using the User ID & Password that you used to purchase your license.
Click on the "My Licenses" link.
Select your license, then click on the Unregister link.
About four hours later, your license will be freed up, and you can use it on
a different computer.
We are a software reseller. Can we buy your software on behalf of our customer ?
Yes, you can, and we provide resellers discount on larger orders.
You should
purchase the software in your company's name (so
the Sales Receipt is accurate), then
register your customer's
software by logging into our website and creating licenses for them.

How do I buy licenses ?
Simply click on either of the "Purchase" links on the left of this page, then select how
many copies of PocketPC Installer Professional & SQLCE Database Viewer you wish to purchase.
Can I pay using a credit card ?
Yes. All purchases are handled through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal
account, or register for one. The PayPal screens will prompt you for your credit
card details.
We have chosen to use PayPal for security and efficiency. We do not get to see
your credit card details, and PayPal allows us to automatically generate your
licenses within a couple of minutes of your payment being authorised.
Why do I have to register before buying licenses ?
This is purely a requirement from our accountants.
Your details will not be passed to any third-parties, and we will not
send you any mail through the post.
I have paid for my licenses, but haven't received a confirmation email.
Typically, your
license(s) should be available for use just a few minutes after you
have gone through the PayPal payment screens. Simply log into our website,
and click on the "My Licenses" link to see your available
licenses.
We do now send out a confirmation email once payment has been
successfully processed. When you receive this email, your licenses will
be ready to be used.
Do you provide any resellers discounts ?

My customer wishes to buy a copy of your software. Can I buy it on their behalf ?
I have purchased a license, but it is not showing up on the "My Licenses" screen. Why?
We automatically create licenses, and send out a confirmation email
("Sales Receipt") when PayPal has sent us confirmation that your payment
has been completed. If you have paid using a Credit
Card, then this usually happens about 1-2 minutes after you have completed
the PayPal payment screens.
If you haven't received this "Sales Receipt" email from
us yet, first, please check to see if you've received an email from
PayPal confirming that your payment has been made, and completed.
If you have paid for your licenses using an eCheque,
then PayPal may take upto 5-7 working days to clear
this purchase, and your license will not be created until it has
cleared.
Finally, iIf you have received an email from PayPal confirming
that your payment has been completed, and you still aren't seeing
your licenses in the "My Licenses" screen, then do please
email our Support department.
